Pricing

We work on either a project, retainer and fractional basis.

All our projects are on a fixed fee based on our agreed scope. 

Retainers are also generally on a fixed fee, using the blended rate of the various levels of team working with you

All individual fractional support is priced on pre-agreed daily or hourly rates, depending on the team member.

As a guide - typical ongoing support retainer for a people & culture project is  1-4 days per month depending on your needs and business stage.

  • People & Culture Lead/Director : From £700pd

  • People Ops Manager : £450-500pd

  • People Ops Support: from £300pd
