Pricing

We work on either a project, retainer or fractional basis.

All our projects are on a fixed fee based on our agreed scope.

Retainers are also normally priced as a fixed monthly fee, based on the blend of the various levels of team working with you.

All individual fractional support is priced on pre-agreed daily or hourly rates.

Transformation project pricing is dependent on the business complexity and the systems involved.

When working on a day rate basis, it varies depending on the team member, but below is a guide:

  • Operations Lead/Director: From £700pd

  • Operations Manager: £450-500pd

  • Operations Support: from £300pd
