An ACA-qualified accountant who spent fifteen years in hands on commercial finance leadership, from single-person finance functions to leading teams at fast-growing companies like Hello Fresh, John Lewis & Hobbs.

Katie brings that rare combination of serious technical expertise and an obsession with making finance actually useful for business decisions. She's seen companies through acquisitions, failures, and everything in between – from her early days at PwC to leading finance at HelloFresh during their explosive growth phase. 

What Katie loves most is that lightbulb moment when founders finally understand what their numbers are actually telling them, closely followed by the "so what can we do about it?" conversation that turns insights into action. 

Being a busy working mum has taught her to cut through the noise and speak up when something needs addressing – no hesitation, just honest, swift guidance when businesses need it most.
