Marina Chisholm

A strategic partner who, prior to launching Sure Thing, spent her working days as a Chief of Staff, helping founders navigate the sticky situations that keep them up at night.

Marina has built her professional life around getting a deep understanding of each business she works with, as well as the people who run them. 

Her path through project management & strategic operations culminated in her role as Chief of Staff at a design and build agency, where she developed her keen eye for spotting opportunities for change and turning operational blockers into systems that actually scale. 

What Marina loves most is working hands-on with leaders and their teams to untangle whatever's blocking them from doing their best work – whether that's leading our signature Business Reset discovery workshops, or working with founders 1:1 to help create the mental space and clarity they need to focus on their vision. 

When she's not problem-solving, you'll find her walking her dog (the real star of the show) around Brighton or hosting friends at home.
