Initial conversation (45 minutes)

Assessment

You'll share key documents and grant us read-only access to your systems. We review your documents, systems, and processes against our framework of 24+ financial controls. We may reach out with clarifying questions.

Findings debrief (60-90 minutes)

We walk you through what we found, the good and the concerns. We discuss priorities, answer questions, and outline potential next steps.

You receive:

  • Comprehensive written report with traffic-light ratings across 24+ financial control areas

  • Clear identification of strengths and risks

  • Prioritised recommendations (what to tackle in 30 days vs 3 months)
